Deep breath

Guided embodied breath utilizes an active breath practice,breathwork, as a tool to cultivate trust with our bodies and intuition. They gives us space to use our breath to activate our inner knowing, it’s an embodied approach that goes beyond traditional talk therapy. A chance to explore deep seeded grief. Connecting deeply to the conscious and unconscious stories of your life.

It’s a powerful modality for those who are exploring how to trust yourself with your whole heart, processing grief held deep in your body, and navigating change.

Conscious breathing practices have been incorporated into culture and life since the beginning of humanity. There are powerful examples of this in birthwork, using breathing techniques for controlling pain while in labor. Qigong and Pranayama both use breath control in movement practices. The use of breath in spiritual and healing modalities have been integral in the wellbeing of humans. An opportunity to heal in community, process grief and center the importance of embodied healing.

Each private session focuses exclusively on what you desire to bring to the session. This personalized approach ensures that every moment is tailored to your unique needs.

Feeling hidden from the world but wanting to be witnessed?

One on one sessions are 90 minutes, giving adequate time for grounding and identifying the core thread of the days session. Followed by a diaphragmatic breathing exercise that is a 3 part breath pattern. This breathwork technique is an embodied care practice that embraces your inner strength and wisdom.

What to expect?

Our session will begin with a grounding and determine the intention and goals of the session. Once the the intention is set we will then explore the power of breath through active 3 part breath technique. Ultimately, our session focuses on centering, clarifying, and unifying our purpose promoting self-discovery, peace, and growth.

10% of breathwork income will be redistributed to land tax and support mutual aid efforts.
